Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently only ship within Australia

Delivery Issues:

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at thepyjamaporch@outlook.com and we’ll assist you as best we can.

Pre-Order Items:

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order is available. If you would like your items sooner, please place separate orders.
